Fenerbahce to gazump Galatasary for Schalke outcast Kevin Boateng

Fenerbahce have held discussions with Kevin-Boateng’s agent over a possible move, according to reports in Turkey.

The sporting director for the Turkish giants,Giuliano Terraneo, held discussions with Boateng’s agent Edoardo Crnjar for several hours in Istanbul over the future of the Ghana international.

The 28-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to Galatasary but it’s understood Fenerbahce could gazump their rivals for the signature of the Schalke outcast.

Fenerbahce have already acquired Manchester United flop Nani and are closing in on a move for Dutch striker Robin Van Persie.

The Turkish outfit are keen to augment their squad with high profile players ahead of the start of the new season.
