First Capital Plus Bank will be rolling out their innovative plans towards enhancing the Ghana Premier League next season.

The Premier League headline sponsors will commence the sale of ‘E-tickets’ which will make tickets for matches conveniently available for purchase online.

The bank will also institute the player and coach of the month awards while making entry free for women and children all geared towards improving patronage.

Implementation of these plans are in fulfillment of promise made by the wholly-owned Ghanaian bank upon signing a $10m agreement with the Ghana FA to become the headline sponsor of the Premier League over five years.

“We will be rolling out some of our innovations next season – for instance the introduction of the E-ticket sales which allows fans to purchase tickets for games online,” Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs for First Capital Plus Bank, Nana Yaw Kesse told MTNFootball.com.

“We will also be instituting the player and coach of the month award and will also be looking to make entry for women and children free for our Premier League matches.”

First Capital Plus Bank signed the mega-dollar agreement to become the headline sponsors of the Ghanaian top flight in January this year.

The bank will be paying an annual fee of $2m to the Ghana FA for the running of the Premier League for the five years.
