Florence Dadson scored a hat-trick on Saturday to help Robert Morris University to win the CCAC Women's Soccer Tournament title after a 4-1 win over Trinity Christian College.

The Ghana Under-20 striker levelled for RMU in the 20th minute by connecting home a loose ball off of a corner kick.

Dadson converted again in the 34th minute, when she received a perfect pass through from freshman Carolynn Wieland and Dadson slotted the ball past Trinity goalkeeper Becky Gold to make it 2-1.

Defender Shannon Bennett gave RMU a 3-1 lead before the half, finishing a loose ball in the Trolls' penalty box for her sixth goal of the season.

Dadson combined with Wieland again in the 77th minute, as the latter slotted Dadson through for a breakaway and the Ghanaian chipped the ball over the sliding goalkeeper for the 4-1 win.

Dadson has now scored 28 goals on the season.

The title was Robert Morris University's first conference tournament title since 2004.
