Former Asante Kotoko's Public Relations Officer Listowell Yesu Bukarson with his Press Foundation is planing to hold series of demonstrations in Accra and Kumasi under the theme: 'Save Ghana Football Now'.

The Executive Director signed statement released on Friday explains they protest marches ''will call on government to salvage the dwindling fortunes of sports, especially football in Ghana.''

This move comes after the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service interrogated the Ghana FA president Kwesi Nyantakyi after being captured in a video investigative journalist Anas Armeyaw Anas for using the name of the president of Ghana in a business deal.

The Press Foundation claim: ''The sport which used to be the passion of the nation has seen a stark decline in interest.

''This, we believe that, the highly anticipated Anas Armeyaw Anas undercover investigations into football will give this country the biggest opportunity to cleanse the game.

The The Press Foundation will hold their first press conference on Tuesday 29 May in Accra.
