Lamine Nasir is thrilled with league return

Former Ghana youth midfielder Lamine Nasir is thrilled to return to action in the Ghanaian top flight league.

The starlet marked his return to the Ghanaian top flight by making a second half appearance for New Edubiase in their one-all stalemate against AshGold on Saturday.

The 27-year-old former Ghana U23 midfielder was introduced in the second half he helped tighten the midfield as they fought back to snatch a point against his former club.

“It is good to be back and play again. This is my first game of the season because of the injury,” he said in the post-match interview.

Lamine played for Edubiase in their Super Cup defeat to Kotoko in September.
