Ex-Hearts chief Neil Armstrong Mortagbe linked with club return, three years after exit

Ex-Hearts of Oak chief Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe is being linked with a move back to the club, three years after he quit the post.

The former FIFA marketing consultant is believed to be among several top administrators being considered for the post.
