Whilst many are still struggling to identify the cause of Hearts of Oak's troubles, former Video Analyst of the side, Elton Nunez, has blasted the management for their lack of vision and foresight for the downward trend of the Rainbow Boys.

In the heat of the current turmoil in Accra Hearts of Oak, which has led to many players refusing to renew their contracts, the former Video Analyst of the club has claimed the management lack the needed skills to read into the future to make good decisions.

Following reports that the Phobians could sack their current coach Frank Nuttal over what they claim as 'disrespect', many have chastised the board and the shadow management for their lack of technical skills in handling their roles, thronging the club into endless chaos.

The team manager and assistant coach of the club had revealed on radio, the lack of cooperation and respect from Frank Nuttal, forcing board member Dr. Nyaho-Nyaho Tamakloe to say 'I'll be the first to support any decision yo sack the coach.'

Nunez, who worked under Sergio Traguil as the VA of the Phobians could not hide his disappointed in the management and the helpless board by blasting their lack of vision.

"Same old.. same old. So sad for my boys. Too much quality.. poor management. Lack of vision...," Nunez wrote in a Facebook comment.

The young analyst who seem to have developed an admirable love for the Phobians wish to return to the club one day to complete his unfinished business despite the cluelessness of the management.

"Even so, I wish the best for Hearts. One day I will return.. and give them the title so long waited," he added.

The indignant Hearts of Oak have been exposed to endless managerial in competencies spanning from unpaid salaries to wholesale recruitment through to the sacking of coaches and some management members squandering the club's meagre funds.
