Newly signed HJK Helsinki defender Gideon Baah has revealed is admiration for Brazilian and AC Milan star Ricardo Kaka.

The former Asante Kotoko player has joined Finnish Veikkausliiga champions on a three-year contract for an undisclosed fee.

Speaking exclusively for the first time to FC Helsinki TV, the Ghanaian revealed how he followed Kaka’s successful career on and off the pitch.

"My idol is Kaka I watched him with so much pride,” Baah said.

" I like him not only for his footballing gains but also his humbly nature and Christian life.

" I am a Christian myself and watching him exhibit the true values of Christianity despite his wild popularity made me love him even more."

Baah signed for FC Honka from Kotoko but has been snapped up by HJK Helsinki after excelling in his first season in the Finnish league.

He was named the Best Defender and Discovery of the Year at the end of last season.
