Asante Kotoko's former Ivorian star striker Ahmed Toure has inched closer to joining rivals Hearts of Oak after training with the Phobians on Monday evening.
The 27-year-old trained at Hearts' ATTC training grounds with the rest of the Phobian squad and head coach Herbert Addo appeared satisfied with his work-rate.
Hearts of Oak are in search of a potent striking force as Herbert Addo is unconvinced about the qualities of Gilbert Fiamenyo.
GHANAsoccernet.com broke the news of the Ivorian's arrival yesterday and can also confirm Hearts are in talks to re-sign former striker Prince Tagoe.
Toure will put pen on paper if Hearts coach Addo gives his management the greenlight to open talks.
