French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain have penciled down Ghana youth winger Frank Acheampong as replacement for Lucas Moura and Javier Pastore who could leave the club in January, according to reports in Belgium. 

But they are facing competition from Italian Serie A side AS Roma who have already declared their intentions of signing the 21-year-old.

PSG are likely to lose Moura, the Brazilian attacker in January while Pastore could also leave to join Chelsea and manager Laurent Blanc is considering the artful Ghanaian international is capped once by the West Africans as replacement.

GHANAsoccernet.com broke the news of AS Roma's interest in the youngster last weekand media reports in Belgium have confirmed the Italians interest.

Acheampong arrived at Anderlecht from Thailand three seasons ago and has been influential for the Pro League title-holders, helping them excel in the Uefa Champions League this season.
