Ghanaian youth sensation Frank Acheampong has helped Buriram PEA to claim the Thai Premier League title with four games to spare.

The 21-year-old former Berekum Chelsea playmaker has been key to Buriram PEA's campaign scoring important goals to help them cruise to only their second championship triumph.

With four games to left to go, Buriram PEA have amassed 75 points in 30 games with second-placed Chonburi trailing behind with 62 points.

This means Buriram PEA will be crowned champions even if they surrender all twelve points from their remaining games and Chonburi scrap all nine points.

Acheampong, who has been likened to Barcelona genius Lionel Messi, joined Buriram PEA in March this year.

Yet another talented Ghanaian football prodigy. I have seen videos of this lad and I expect him to be snapped by a top European club very soon. Good Luck to him.

If not for money it will be better for this guy to be playing colts football in GH than some thai what? This guy is just too fantastic to go waste. The so called sports administrators should be thinking of solving problems like this than the so so ... they are doing.
