Hearts Of Oak Board member Frank Nelson is optimistic the club will perform better next season as the club fought to free themselves the claws of relegation in the just ended First Capital Plus Premier League.

'It was a scary year for Hearts and at a point we were all panicking but today, it's all smiles over our faces.

Though the 2000 champions league winners were not exciting to watch in most matches of the league eventually parting ways with their Head Coach Herbert Addo, the evergreen board member of the club promised positive changes to the Oak fraternity,

"I believe by next season we will be able to make amends. Because it's not usual for Hearts to end up a season trophyless. We have learnt our lessons so we believe God will give is the glory next season."

The aspiring Executive Committee member of the Ghana FA insists that the Phobian brand had enough challenges this season and will improve on their positives an d do away with their negatives to make the club better next season.

"We shall make Hearts better than what we saw this season. The brand has been challenged this season and that must spur us on to grater heights next season. hearts of Oak shall obviously be better next season by God's grace, he added.
