Ghana and ex-Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong has denied rejecting a move to play under ex-AC Milan star Gennaro Gattuso at Greek side OFI Crete.

But the Ghana international Frimpong says the report in the UK newspaper that is untrue.
“Just would like to say that I have not turned down a chance to work with Gattuso,” Frimpong posted on his Twitter page.
“He’s a manager who can help me as he has played in my position before. I am in no rush to make a move.”
Frimpong has been without a club following his release from Barnsley at the end of last season.
