Hearts of Oak chairman Togbe Afede XIV has rejected coach Herbert Addo’s decision to transfer-list striker Ezekiel Tetteh.

The former Okwawu United hitman was one of the major casualties of the squad trimming exercise at the Phobians.

Tetteh alongside the likes of Samson Kudjoe and Emmanuel Ansong have been told they have no future at the club and must look elsewhere.

But club Chairman Togbe Afede XIV has kicked the transfer of the striker who was signed just six months ago for a reported fee of GHS 60,000.

"The coach wants me to leave but officials say no," Tetteh told Metro FM.

"So there are talks now and we wait to see."

New coach Herbert Addo was clearing out the unwanted players from his squad to make way for new signings.
