Frustrated Ex-Ghana striker Tony Yeboah confirmed his exit from football administration by selling his club Yegoala FC.

A Kumasi-based publisher Professor Joseph Albert Quarm has bought the club.

The former Eintracht Frankfurt announced last month he was quitting football because referees had ganged up against his team for refusing to pay bribes.

Yeboah alleged that the unnamed referees vowed to punish his team and were successful in aiding their relegation.

“I thought they were joking, but true to their words they ganged up against my team, and eventually we were relegated,” he said.

The former Leeds United star wants to concentrate on his hotel business and playing golf.
