Ghana attacker David Accam has expressed delight over Helsingborg IF's 4-1 victory over Elfsborg in the Swedish top-tier league on Thursday night.

The 23-year-old bagged his 9th league of the season and 17 in all competitions but suggests the Reds gathering all three points from the game was more important than his goal.

"Finally we [have got] 3 points. Thanks for the support. God is great!! HIF!!," he posted.

The striker, who was part of Ghana's provisional squad for the 2014 World Cup but was axed by Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah, powered the second goal for Helsingborg IF at the Olympia Stadion.

Despite the win, Helsingborg are still 10th on the section after 19 games of the season.
