Ghanaian attacker David Accam says he is reaping results of his hard work during pre-season after scoring his second goal in two successive weeks.

The 23-year-old scored the third goal for Helsingborg IF when they crashed third-tier side Torslanda 5-0 in Svenska Cupen on Saturday afternoon.

Helsingborg's progress to the group stage entire rested in the hands of the former Right to Dream Academy graduate as he scored the only goal of the game to ensure victory over Ljungskile.

And, on Saturday, he grabbed his second goal of the season at the Valhalla IP as Helsingborg cruised to a resounding 5-0 victory over Torslanda.

"I'm still getting into good shape. I worked hard during pre-season and am happy is paying off now," he told GHANAsoccernet.com from his base in Sweden.

Accam is expected to play a crucial role in Helsingborg's Allsvenskan title ambitions together with Ghanaian team-mate Ema Boateng.
