Ghana coach Avram Grant believes Canada have the quality to test his side ahead of next month’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

The Black Stars face the Canucks at the RFK Stadium in Washington, DC on Tuesday in an international friendly.

Canada are at home clash against Honduras at BC Place in Vancouver on 13 November.

Assistant coach Michael Findlay has led the team through its preparations with head coach Benito Floro away with the U23 tam at the CONCACAF Olympic qualifying tournament.

Grant has been impressed with the way football in the north American country has been developed.

“The football has developed very well in Canada. I was at a game between Toronto FC and Chicago Fire last week. It was a good game and the football has developed a lot here,” the Israeli trainer said.

Ghana are without star names like Asamoah Gyan and Andre Ayew who are nursing injuries.
