Andre Ayew and Abdul Majeed Waris were involved in the Ghana training session on Wednesday evening as the Black Stars stepped up their preparations ahead of their opening 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Uganda.

The duo had arrived in the Black Stars camp in Kumasi hours before the evening's session at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Coach Kwesi Appiah was thus working with his full squad for the first time since the team converged on Monday night.

The team worked on one-on-one drills and later practiced shooting.

The session was observed by Ashanti Regional Police commander DCOP Kofi Boakye.

The Black Stars will hold just one training session on Thursday.

The team will concluded their preparations on Friday evening before Saturday's clash against Uganda.
