Ghana defender Abdul Rahman Baba has arrived in Portugal with Chelsea for their UEFA Champions League clash against FC Porto on Tuesday.

The 21-year-old has been recalled into the team following Chelsea's struggles in the domestic English Premier League.

The Ghana international trained with his colleagues on Monday night at the Estadio de Dragao and will continue a similar exercise Tuesday morning before the game against the Portuguese powerhouse.

Rahman was an impressive mark on his debut against Israeli champions Maccabi Tel Aviv but has since been frozen out of the team in their last two Premier League games against Arsenal and Newcastle United.

Manager Jose Mourinho, who claimed the former Asante Kotoko star is not ready for the Premier league has included the Ghanaian in his squad as pressure mounts on him.

The Ghanaian is expected to start at his favourite left-back position with Cesar Azpilicueta moving to his favoured right-back.
