Ghana international Daniel Amartey got his maiden playing minutes at Leicester City by playing in their U21 defeat against Reading in the Barclays U21 Premier League.
The utility defender is waiting to debut for Claudio Ranieri's winsome side was handing playing minutes in their reserves squad loss.
Amartey joined the Foxes last month from FC Copenhagen having not played since 6 December, before the Supaliga’s winter break.
He is in line for his debut for the Leicester City first team squad over the weekend.
