Ghana defender David Addy has emerged as a transfer target of some European clubs including English side Sunderland. 

Addy’s current club Vitoria Guimaraes are ready to cash in on the Ghana international during this month’s transfer window.

His former side FC Porto, who own 70 percent of his economic rights, are willing to release him.

The 23-year-old is said to be in advanced talks with German Bundesliga side Freiburg and English Premier League side Crystal Palace.

Stoke City are reported to be interested in signing him the player who is valued at 1.5 million euros.
