Ghana defender Harrison Afful wants to win MLS title with Columbus Crew this season

Ghana defender Harrison Afful has set a season target of winning the MLS title with Columbus Crew.

Crew missed out on the title last season after losing the final against Portland Timbers.

And the Ghana international, who overly impressed during his debut season with the American side, is eyeing the trophy this term.

“My expectation is just the one: just to win the trophy for the club," he says. "This year, we are ready and we are going to get that trophy for the club and for the city.

“We are so ready. We can’t even wait for the season to start.”

The former Esperance and Asante Kotoko versatile man made 14 appearances for Columbus Crew last season.
