Black Stars defender John Boye marked his Turkish Super Lig debut by playing full throttle for Kayseri Erciyesspor who drew 0-0 with giants Trabzonspor on Sunday night.

The 27-year-old partnered Senegalese international Abdou Mangane in central defence and the duo were able to prevent Trabzonspor from defying the Erciyesspor defence.

Boye joined Erciyesspor from French Ligue 1 side Stade Rennes after the 2014 World Cup and has began on a good note by commanding a first team place.

This lanky useless $$$ kissing defender has become a liability rather than an asset to the national team in recent times we gotta start looking for better CB's which I know there are countless of them. Kwasia like that Its no surprised that he left the 5th best league in the world (Ligue 1) for a mediocre Turkish league he's simply not good enough.
