Ghana international defender Masahudu Alhassan scored the only goal of the game as Latina recorded a narrow 1-0 victory Crotone in the Italian Serie B on Tuesday night.

The 21-year-old scored under two minutes at the Stadio Ezio Scida to claim victory for his side but was forced to exit the match in the 26th minute after picking an injury.

The 2012 Ghana AFCON full-back planted a firm header beyond the reach of Senegalese goalkeeper Alfred Benjamin Gomis from a Stefan Ristovski incisive cross.

Masahudu's goal marks his first goal of the season for Latina however after scoring, he was forced to exit the game close to the half hour mark after sustaining an injury and was replaced by Matteo Bruscagin.
