Ghanaian defender Nana Asare is on his way to an infamous season record in Dutch league by being the highest card collector in the top flight league.

Records after 27 matches of his season indicates that he received ten yellow cards so far in the season playing for Utrecht.

His tally is the highest for all cards received by an individual so far in the league in Holland.

Shockingly he has not received a red card, meaning he is tactful about his misbehaviour on the the pitch and has scored one goal.

The Ghanaian joined the club last summer along from Belgian side KV Mechelen.
