Ghana defender Seth Owusu has told GHANAsoccernet.com his Angolan side Sagrada Esperança will edge past Ajax Cape Town in their CAF Confederation preliminary first leg tie on Sunday.
The Angolan side will host the first leg at the Estádio Sagrada Esperança in Dundo hoping to kick start their campaign on a flying note.
The former Medeama and Hearts defender is expected to be key for the side as they attempt to make a significant impact in the Africa inter-club competition.
"We want to win and we're ready for them," he told GHANAsoccernet.com
"It's going to be tough but we have been preparing for this game for many weeks.
"The result from the first leg will be crucial and so we want to win well so the return leg will be a mere formality.
"We respect them (Ajax Cape Town) but we're not afraid of them. Certailny we'll have the fans behind us and hopefully we can meet their expectation."
Highly-talented Owusu will go head-to-head with compatriot Lawrence Lartey, who plays for the South African side.
