Ghanaian second-tier side Istanbul FC will continue their push for a top-four finish with a home date against Real Athletico on Sunday.

The Akyem Techiman based side will hope to avenge their 1-0 defeat suffered during the corresponding fixture in Tema.

Inspired by in-form striker Daniel Adade, Istanbul will be keen to continue their impressive home form with a routine victory against the visitors.

Istanbul started the season brightly but stepped down on the accelerator at some point which allowed league leaders Dream FC to widen the gap.

They are currently 7th on the table with 32 points from 24 games and trail runaway leaders Dreams FC by a staggering 17 points with six games to end the season.

It appears the club will miss out on qualification this year after missing by whiskers in the last two seasons.
