Ghana door open to all players-Stevanovic

Goran Stevanovic has assured all Ghanaian players that they have equal chances of winning a place in the Black Stars squad. 

Players like Greece-based Bernard Kumordzi and defender David Addy and Harrison Afful are all fighting for a return to the national team.

Villarreal powerful midfielder Mubarak Wakaso also says he can solve Ghana's left back problems.

Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong and winger Charles Takyi are waiting for their nationality switch approvals to play for the Black Stars.Despite the keenness of all Ghanaian players to play for the Black Stars, Stevanovic says he has not forgotten the players on the fringes.

"The (Black Stars) doors are open for everybody," Stevanovic said.

"I have not forgotten Kumordzi, David Addy and the other players who are competing for places in the team."

Players like Sulley Muntari, Derek Boateng, Daniel Opare, Quincy Owusu Abeyie who were previously not given the chance in the Black Stars have seen a revival of their international careers.

Excellent goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey and midfielders Mohammed Abu and Rabiu Mohammed all made their debuts under the Serbian.

Bristol City winger Albert Adomah, who makes perfect crosses from the right, also had his chance with the arrival Stevanovic.
