Ghana's Black Stars dropped five places on the latest FIFA ranking released on Thursday for the month of November, but maintained their third position on the African continent.

The Black Stars have now dropped from 25th to 30th spot and have been leapfrogged by Ukraine, Slovakia and Northern Ireland.

But the West Africans maintain their third position on the continent behind Ivory and Algeria.

The Black Stars appears to have suffered the jolt following the side’s 1-1 draw against Canada in an international friendly last month.

The Black Stars will take on Comoros in a 2018 World Cup double-header this month.

Belgium is rated as the finest international side in world football, followed by Germany and Argentina.
