Executive Committee Vice Chairman of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Wilfred Osei Kweku Palmer says the calls to oust Kwesi Nyantakyi from the FA boss seat will not yield any result.

The has been growing calls from a section of the football populace to dislodge the Ghana FA capo from his position after the Black Stars failed to annex the just ended Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.

“Kwesi Nyantakyi must be allowed to serve his term in office; he was elected and not appointed. I don’t think anyone can force him out especially when he is not ready to resign. He is working and he must be allowed to work,” he told Atinka Fm.

"Nyankayi should be allowed to serve his term, if delegates think he is not the right person to lead Ghana Football he will be out but if delegates are in support of his works he will still continue.”

Kwesi Nyantakyi is the CEO of Wa All Stars a member of the FIFA council and also the president of West African Football Union.
