The Ghana Football Association has accepted Kotoko’s appointment of  National Female Under-17 team coach Mas-ud Didi Dramani as their new man.

The Kumasi-based club has confirmed his capture after both parties agreed a deal.

The Uefa licence A holder will take over from Maxwell Konadu who will leave the club officially after Sunday’s President Cup match against Berekum Chelsea at the Accra Sport stadium.

The ex-Real Tamale United player will put pen to paper on a reported two-year deal after guiding the Black Maidens at the 2012 Fifa Under-17 Women’s World Cup finals in Japan later in September.

“He will guide the team to the World Cup in September and after that he will assume his role at Kotoko,” FA Technical Director Francis Oti Akenteng told Kumasi-based Fox FM.

“We have spoken with officials of Kotoko and they have agreed.  If they want him, they should allow him to discharge the national team duty before he comes back to serve the club.

“He must concentrate on the first assignment before he embarks on another. The FA is happy for him and I believe he will succeed at the club,”

He is seen as one of the rising cream of coaches in the West African country with an eye to discover talents.
