Ghana FA Prez presented the Award for the African Female Footballer of the Year

President of the Ghana Football Association presented the award to the African Female Footballer of Year at the 2016 GLO-CAF Awards night in Abuja Nigeria.

Cameroonian Gaelle Enganamouit was presented with the award as the best female footballer on the continent for the 2015 football season.

The Ghana FA President who doubles as a CAF Executive Committee member presented the award to the Cameroonian who appeared as the only female awardee for the night.

Ghana’s Portia Boakye was in contention for the award was beaten to it by her Cameroonian counterpart who shouldered the Indomitable Lionesses at the Word Cup in Canada as well as the African Women Championship in Namibia.

The Ghana FA Boss was among a few CAF officials who presented awards to the winners at the event in Abuja.
