Head of Ghana Football Association technical directorate Francis Oti Akenteng says he is looking forward to working with the ex-Chelsea boss.

Grant, was on Thursday confirmed by GFA as the chosen one by the Ghana football association to lead the team after the parting of company of former boss Kwesi Appiah.

The Israeli is hailed for his technical brilliance and credited with uniting a divided Chelsea team after the departure of player favourite Jose Mourinho and leading them to the UEFA Champions League finals.

Akenteng says he is already looking forward to working with Grant.

“Grant is good coach and we will all have to support him,” Akenteng said.

“I think with his ability he should be able to hold some workshops for the local coaches which will help us all.

“The team that selected him a credible one so he is the right man for the job.”
