The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has moved to abolish the 'review' stage of the judicial processes of the federation.
The only processes for redress of grievances within the GFA will only be the Disciplinary Committee and the Appeals Committee.
Clubs or individuals not satisfied with the rulings of these two committees will have to go to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Switzerland for the final redress.
This means the GFA will fall in line with the judicial structures of FIFA and CAF.
As part of measure to modernise the game new regulations are being proposed by the GFA board to minimise the frequent litigation that disrupts the calendar and kills interest in the local league.
Previously clubs or individuals not satisfied with the ruling of the Disciplinary Committee and the Appeals Committee would go to the Review Committee but that latter will be dropped.
"We are going to abolish the review after appeal as part of the judicial processes of the GFA," Ghana FA chief Kwesi Nyantakyi said.
"When you go to the appeals committee and you fail that's the end of it. You can go to CAS thereafter.
"We must all appreciate that there must be an end to litigation. You cannot litigate ad infinitum.
"We believe that we have enough structures in place to deal effectively and fairly to all complaints and concerns.
"We are replicating the structures in FIFA and CAF. If you go to the FIFA disciplinary committee and you lose you can only appeal. There is nothing like review.
"We have multiplied the avenues for redress and it appears they are being abused. We will make the necessary changes."
The new law will be tabled before Congress in September for approval.
The Ghana Premier League will start on 7 October.
