Ghanaian clubs will have just 24 hours after a match to file a protest - this is part of new measures to limit disruptions to the league.
Ghana FA (GFA) chief Kwesi Nyantakyi has been spelling out plans to sustain excitement and uphold fairness in the legal systems of the GFA.
Previously clubs had 72 hours to protest after matches but the GFA is moving towards the timescales adopted by FIFA and CAF for protests.
This is part of a raft of proposed new regulations to minimise the frequent litigation in the Ghana league that disrupts the calendar.
"In furtherance of our desire to reduce protests, we are going to reduce the number of hours required to file a protest," Ghana FA chief Kwesi Nyantakyi said.
"This will be reduced from 72 to 24 hours after the match.
"If you go to FIFA or CAF competition, two hours after the match, if you don't file a protest you have to keep quiet.
"We want to discourage the system where people file protests before looking for evidence to substantiate their protests.
"Once a club decides to file a protest it means they have the basis for filing the protest.
"We want to do things fairly, we want to make our rules very elaborate and comprehensive and explanatory in nature.
"So there will be no ambiguity and when it is applied people know that they have been fairly treated.
"We are all agreeable that we are subordinate to the general laws of this country.
"When we apply the laws of this association rightly without infringing on your human rights and have given you the rights to a fair hearing and you go to decide to go to court we will take action.
"Some people just go to the courts to waste our time and disrupt our calendar. This will not be tolerated."
The new laws will be tabled before Congress in September for approval.
The Ghana Premier League will start on 7 October.
