Ghana has completed the list of eight countries to play at the 2013 African Youth Championship to be held in Algeria next year.

The Black Satellites sneaked into the African U20 tournament to be held in March despite losing 3-1 to Morocco in Rabat on Sunday night, qualifying 5-4 on aggregate.

Ghana will be joined in the tournament by Egypt, Nigeria, Gabon, Mali, DR Congo and Benin.

Egypt held hosts Angola to a goalless to go through 2-1 on aggregate while DR Congo beat Cameroon 4-1 to advance 4-3 in aggregate.

Nigeria eliminated South Africa 4-2 on aggregate, Gabon defeated Burkina Faso 2-0 to scale through 4-2, Mali dumped Zambia 5-2 on aggregate and Benin went past Senegal 4-1 after two legs.

Ghana and Egypt thus complete the list of qualifiers for the AYC, which will kick off in Algeria in March.

Algeria qualified for the eight-nation tournament as host country.
