Ghana legend Mohammed Polo has piled pressure on Asempa FM by slamming them and questioning their professionalism few days after the Ghana Football Association announced a boycott and ban of the local sports radio station over a similar accusation.

The former Hearts of Oak coach slammed Asempa FM for their 'unbalanced' criticism of him during his spell at the Accra-based giants which resulted in his sacking.

Polo's criticism of the Accra-based radio station comes just days after the Ghana Football Association placed a ban on the station claiming they are unfair and unbalanced reports and have launched a propaganda against the local football governing body.

"I was also very disappointed at a media house like Asempa FM for their unnecessary and unfair criticism about me during my time. They even went to the extent of saying I couldn't do the job without any basis," he told Accra-based Oman FM.

The ex-Ghana international has been speaking about his time at Hearts of Oak on the club's anniversary and took some time to question Asempa FM's professional standards.
