Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has declared Comoros as a competent side that could upset the Black Stars in Kumasi on Tuesday.

The 177th-ranked African football minnows held the 2010 FIFA World Cup quarter-finalist - Ghana to an unfancied 0-0 stalemate in the first-leg in Moroni last Friday.

Comoros frustrated the Black Stars to share the spoils before fans are poised to eliminate Ghana to reach the next stage of the qualifiers.

Ghana coach Avram Grant has hailed the technical clouts of the Islanders and midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu has echoed his statement by insisting the Islanders could surprise them on Tuesday.

"We had a couple of chances that we couldn’t utilize and they had as well, thus, we drew goalless. We are coming back to our home in kumasi and we plead on the supporters to come in their numbers and support us," the Udinese star told reporters after the team's training session in Kumasi on Monday.

"They are very tactically disciplined and if we don’t take care, they will surprise us," he added.

Badu, who turns 25 next month, came off the Ghana bench in the first-leg in the second-half and nearly scored the only goal of the game by crashing a shot into the post.
