Ghana midfielder Bernard Mensah has re-joined Portuguese side Vitória de Guimarães on a season-long loan from Atlético Madrid, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.
The 21-year-old has been farmed out on loan after he failed to establish himself at the Spanish club.
Mensah joined Atletico in 2015 after a sterling performance for Vitória de Guimarães.
But he was immediately loaned out to Getafe where he made only eight appearances.
The Ghanaian made 30 appearances for Vitoria and scored five times during 2014-2015 season at the club.
The hugely talented midfielder made his debut for Ghana in a match against Togo on 8 June, 2015 and scored the only goal of the game.
