Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah trained with his Juventus team on Wednesday evening ahead of their crunch Europa League clash against Benfica.

The Italian champions look to make amends for their disappointing Champions League campaign by clinching the Europa Cup but must first get past the talented Portuguese team.

Asamoah is expected to start as Juventus look to register a favourable result in the first leg of the semi final clash in Lisbon.

The Black Stars’ playmaker completed the training session under the watchful eyes of manager Antonio Conte at the match venue on Wednesday evening.

Juventus will be looking to primarily avoid defeat against Benfica in Thursday’s clash with the thinking of finishing them off in the return leg at home next week.

The Serie-A giants are however armed with enough striking arsenals to get a goal and possibly win the game to render the return leg a mere formality.
