Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah trained with his Juventus team on Wednesday evening ahead of their crunch Europa League clash against Benfica.

The Italian champions look to make amends for their disappointing Champions League campaign by clinching the Europa Cup but must first get past the talented Portuguese team.

Asamoah is expected to start as Juventus look to register a favourable result in the first leg of the semi final clash in Lisbon.

The Black Stars’ playmaker completed the training session under the watchful eyes of manager Antonio Conte at the match venue on Wednesday evening.

Juventus will be looking to primarily avoid defeat against Benfica in Thursday’s clash with the thinking of finishing them off in the return leg at home next week.

The Serie-A giants are however armed with enough striking arsenals to get a goal and possibly win the game to render the return leg a mere formality.

You got to be kidding me ! Are you for real Dude? AA should spend Taxpayers money to go watch K. Asamoah of all players play ? You cannot be serious! If any player is bound for Brazil this summer, then it's Asamoah. Currently he's our best player by a mile. And AA has seen him play for Juve as a wing- back on numerous occasions . He's a sure bet for Brazil . We all pray he don't get hurt in the lead up to Brazil.

Union leader ,yes l want AA to spend tax payers money to watch K.ASA play for Juventus and learn what makes him such prolific for Juventus but ordinary when he plays for Ghana. He is our best player at the moment. What l hate to see AA does is to use the Ghanaian tax payers money to fly all the way to Madibaland to watch Dauda warming bench.

Well Benny, as much as I don't agree with you, I think that's your opinion and you're entitle to it. At the end of the day, we all want the best for the Stars and I can only hope AA will do the right thing in calling the right players. Fingers crossed !

Asamoah is played out of position at Juventus. AA should not play him at the left wing back like Conte does. Asamoah can do much more better for ghana in the middle playing the attacking midfield position. It's like playing michael essien in the central defense. Waste of talent and resource.
