Asamoah was à notably absent in Ghanaââ¬â¢s second place finish in this yearââ¬â¢s Africa Cup of Nations held in Equatorial Guinea and also missed the UEFA Champions League final where Juventus eventually lost to Spanish side Barcelona by 3-1.
The former Udinese man has however returned to full scale training and is expected to be slowly integrated back into Massimiliano Allegriââ¬â¢s side for the campaign.
Juventus have endured a difficult start to life in Serie A this season but got a massive come from behind 2-1 victory over high flying Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League this season.
