Ghana midfielder Mubarak Wakaso played in Granada's 2-0 home defeat to Malaga in the Spanish Liga Santander on Tuesday. 

The visitors broke the deadlock in the 47th minute of the game through Sandro Ramirez.

Sandro Ramirez sealed the win for the visitors with his second of the night on the 92nd minute mark.

The Ghanaian hard tackling midfielder was booked for a late challenge on Diego Llorente in the 52nd minute before being replaced by Malian winger Ally Malle in the 54th minute.

The 26-year-old has been outstanding for Granada since joining them during the winter transfer window.

Granada are currently lying at the 19th position with twenty points after match-day 34.

Wakaso has scored one goal with an assist in his 10 appearances for Red and White lads.
