Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Teye Partey has been recalled by Spanish side Atletico Madrid for the start of next season, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

Teye Partey has been recalled by his club having excelled while on loan at the Spanish side who were relegated on Saturday.

The midfielder's one-season loan spell with Almeria ended successfully on Saturday after playing in 31 matches, scoring three times which seems to have resulted in the decision to recall him.
