Jordan Opoku scored the game's decisive goal in the 42nd minute to reward the local Black Stars for their hard work.
Ghana completed a hat-trick of victories over the local Stallions after eliminating them from the CHAN qualifiers and a 4-0 mauling in the Group stage of the tournament.
The tournament forms part of the team's preparations for the CHAN finals early next year in Sudan.
