Ghana’s senior women’s team will play the first leg of their next African Cup qualifier against Ethiopia away from home.

The Black Queens are billed to play the Eastern African side on the weekend of 23rd, 24th and 25th May.

Coach Yusif Basigi’s side will then host the Ethiopians in the return leg on the weekend of 7th and 8th June.

The Black Queens will therefore break their residential camping on Wednesday for the resumption of the Women’s League and will re-assemble in the first week of April.

Ghana progressed to the next stage of the African Women Championship qualifier after posting a resounding 6-0 aggregate win over Burkina Faso.
