Black Stars players; Kwadwo Asamoah and Jerry Akaminko took part in a charity donation to the Remar Center of Rehabilitation over the weekend.

The Ghana players alongside former Ghana youth star Papa Agyemang did the donation of kits, food stuffs, provisions and cash as part of the iPAY2PLAY initiative.

The initiative – under the auspices of TeamImani owned by Papa Agyemang is meant to use professional athletes and celebrities to raise funds for charity project in Africa and other developing countries.

The donation over the weekend at the Tema-based rehabilitation home forms part of the objectives of the iPAY2PLAY campaign.

The contingent organized a party for the inmates while using their star-power to interact and inspire the young ones.

TeamImani have also opened discussions with management of the home on developing their accommodation after touring the facility in Tema.
