Amidaus Professionals have been relegated from the Ghanaian Premier League after suffering a 1-0 loss at Berekum Chelsea in the penultimate fixture of the season on Sunday.
Amidaus went into the game at the Golden City Park languishing at the bottom of the table and were hoping for a positive result at Berekum but Chelsea who are also faced with relegation dangers were in no mood to entertaining them.
Bennett Ofori powered home a fierce drive from the spot to separate the two sides.
With Amidaus relegated, Chelsea could face similar fate if they fail to get good results at King Faisal and other results do not go in their favour.
