Liberty Professionals players.

Liberty Professionals seem to have the upper hand against regional rivals Great Olympics at the Carl Reindorf park this Sunday.

The Scientific Soccer Lads recorded their fourth straight draw when they managed to pick a point at Bolga All Stars last Sunday in Tamale.

They are without a win in their last five matches so they hope to capitalize on the woes of the Wonder Club to get back to winning ways.

Samuel Sarfo served a match suspension in their game against Bolga All Stars last week.

He is back in the starting lineup for Sunday along with veteran striker Ernest Papa Arko.

Great Olympics aim at continuing their recent dominance over their regional rivals Liberty Professionals on Sunday despite the drama that followed the appointment of Swedish trainer Tom Strand as the club's new head coach.

The team were split into two where one group were training under the supervision of newly appointed Tom Strand whereas the other were also training under the tutuleage of player coach Godwin Attram at two different venues.

The Wonder Club were losers once again when they suffered a 2-1 home defeat to ten man Aduana Stars at the Accra sports stadium last Monday after the fixture was rescheduled due to heavy rains on Sunday.

Central defender Douglas Opoku will be available for Sunday's derby after missing last Monday's game against the Fire Boys.
